Boxing Gloves

• 8oz - suitable for youth ages 5 to 12
• 12oz - suitable for ladies and young teens
• 14oz - suitable for ladies and men
• 16oz - ideal training weight and size for adults

Shin Guards

• Small: fits 90 to 135lbs (4'10" to 5'5")
• Medium: fits 125 to 185lbs (5'5" to 6')
• Large: fits 185 to 235lbs (5'11" to 6'3")
• X-Large: fits 200 to 270 (5' 11" to 6'8")
• XX-Large = Huge calves

MMA Gloves

• Small = age 11 to 15, and most ladies or men with small hands
• Medium = under 170lbs (Small to average size hand)
