100% cotton. This gi is 95% pre-shrunk. You can safely dry it on LOW heat. We recommend washing in cold water and hang drying - and then fluffing to soften it up.

Please note this is 100% cotton. If the BJJ Gi is a bit baggy - wash it in cold water and dry it until it reaches the ideal size. If it fits perfectly from the start - wash it in cold water and let it hang dry. You can fluff it in the dryer to loosen/soften it.
